Terms and Conditions Agreement 

By completing your payment you agree to the following terms and conditions. I the purchaser agree to take responsibility for any yard cards and signs while they are in the yard of the designated address including NOT moving them, NOT mowing the grass near them, Not attaching balloons or anything else to them.  You understand that any loss or damage of signs will be billed to you at 15.00 per letter and additional charges for designs and décor.

I agree that Art Fantastics and all representatives will not be liable or responsible for any property damage or personal injury that may occur by the placements of our signs while on the designated property.  Signs may or may not include setup with a wooden stand. Stands can discolor grass for a period of time after removal. 

If we are unable to deliver a greeting due to any of the following: Severe weather conditions, Hazardous situations or unavailable access due to reasons uncontrolled by the customer we will attempt to reschedule or a full refund will be made. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time. Any cancellations on our part and under no fault of the customers will receive a full refund. 

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. You will have the option for a 100% full future credit good for 6 months from the original setup date. Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled delivery will not be eligible for any credit. All items/sign orders are NON REFUNDABLE.

Please do not dispose/move/remove/touch any signs including our advertising sign. If you have issues of any kind please contact us immediately at info@ARTFANTASTICS.com or Phone:1- 855-6ARTFAN so that we may assist you!!

If we are unable to set up your sign due to fire ants, Dogs or animals that prevent us from completing the setup, no access or denied access, given the wrong address, recipient refusal for service, set up issues (including hard ground- *Please water yard prior to sign delivery to assure this is not an issue. (We do reserve the right to use a wooden stand for installations.) Or any other circumstance out of our control that prevents us from delivering or setting up other than weather you will not be eligible for a credit. 

If we must come back to re-set up the sign for any reason, or if we must  move the sign a $40.00 fee will occur. Please advise your yard maintenance and lawn companies.  

I agree and understand to the terms and conditions and approve that photographs will be taken of the signs and that my home or the home or building of the scheduled address may appear in the photo to be used as promotion by Art Fantastics LLC. and may be featured on advertisements, websites or social media.
